A few of the transparent roofs were cracked, they need to make the delivery a little more careful

I ordered some samples of the 112mm half round AG guttering from Iona in Customer Service to see if they were suitable. I received good communication and the samples arrived quickly by Express Post. I would definitely recommend this supplier.

I ordered this and was shocked at the delivery price but wanted it so paid it. Unfortunately my delivery was dumped on my grass in the front garden along with the box of fittings. Absolutely soaked, not made contact with me and it was pouring with rain. I ended up having to drag it through my house to my back garden leaving wet muddy marks everywhere. I contacted customer services and still awaiting a reply. Now my house is all cleaned and the roof is on, it does look lovely. Disappointed with customer services and the delivery, especially costing £40.

Our deliveries are kerbside, so the driver wouldn’t have taken it into your back garden for you, however, we will look into it to find out why our driver did not ring the doorbell. Thankfully, although being roofing materials our goods are naturally waterproof, the majority are also packed in waterproof plastic packaging to provide the best protection.

The goods arrived well-packed in extremely secure bubble wrap no water or leaks could get through, even after I left them in the garden for a few days in the rain. Everything stayed completely dry thanks to the excellent packaging.

Paid for 5 large sheets of 8mm solid clear polycarbonate (Axgard) on a Tuesday, and the order was delivered 2 days later. Very impressive. Perfectly cut to the sizes I requested, and delivered well protected. The only downside of dealing with Clear Amber is that they never, ever answer the phone. Email is ok. Would have thought they could employ just one person for customers to speak to, but I guess that appears to them to be an old-fashioned idea. But cannot fault the product or the service, and the price was the best I found anywhere.
