Alukap-SS Slimline Glazing Bar is designed to provide a self supporting bar solution for short spans between purlin based roof structures. It is particularly useful for commercial roofs across steel purlins, or on residential roofs where the depth of the roof is critically important.

Unlike our Alukap-SS standard self supporting glazing bars, the Slimline range does not free-span between wall and eaves beams but rather over the top of purlins.

Designed for maximum versatility, our Alukap® Slimline glazing bars are compatible with any purlin material and suitable for polycarbonate and glass roofs.

It is available in white as standard, the most popular colour of glazing bars, and also in any RAL colour for bespoke projects.

Great service and a good product. Had a couple of rtns which were collected free of charge, would defo recommend.

DIY installation of a lower ceiling in large conservatory.

I searched various sites on ways to achieve what I wanted finally settled on using high span glazing bars due ease of use, lightweight, and greater span capacity I chose Clear Amber as the best and cheapest supplier of these bars delivery was quick with the products arriving within the specified time. The SS glazing bars do the job brilliantly. I Would certainly recommend the company and thank them for their assistance.
