This H Fixing Bar is an option for some projects, however, for most applications (99%) we would recommend our Snapa Snap Fix Glazing Bars, which are better sealing, stronger, longer lasting and easier to install.
Using a H section is primarily only for temporary projects or polytunnels, sometimes called a polycrub.
Needing to join two sheets lengthways to achieve a greater length?
Snapa H sections are commonly used to join two sheets length ways (end on end) to achieve longer length coverings. When doing this ensure the H sections are directly supported by a timber purlin and well sealed with Securbond LMN silicone (Low Modulus Neutral Cure Silicone) to ensure a proper waterproof seal.
