Corramet-BP Top Wall Flashing is a unique roof flashing for use with box profile roofing sheets where the roof slopes up against a rear wall. Most commonly used as a lean to roof flashing.

One of the most critical areas for waterproofing on a roof is the top roof-to-wall flashing. Any leaks can create long-lasting damage.

It’s unique design uses innovative gaskets to seal down onto the sheets and provide a flat edge to seal to the wall.

Please note: the Corramet-BP Top Wall Flashing is used for flashing against the rear wall on a lean to roof type. Another type of flashing should be used for side walls.

How to install the Top Wall Flashing against the rear wall?

There are a few methods for fixing the Corramet® Top Wall Flashing. The preferred option is to simply fix it back to the rear wall using suitable stainless steel fixings. Then seal along the top lip of the flashing with Securbond® roof sealant.

What roof pitches does the Top Wall Flashing suit?

Corramet-BP Top Wall Flashing is usable on a wide range of roof pitches from 5 degrees to 45 degrees, due to its unique patented design and flexible gaskets.

Steep or shallow, the Top Wall Flashing will provide an effective roof flashing.
