This Alukap-SS High Span Wall Bar provides the perfect glazing finish any roof where the end rafter abuts a rising wall. The Alukap-SS Wall Bar integral upstand provides a perfect waterproofing upstand and an excellent detail for lead flashing over. The Alukap-SS High Span Bar provides an excellent all-aluminium structural beam for unsupported glazing spans up to 6m depending on glazing material and glazing bar centres. Alukap-SS suits glass or Axiome polycarbonate of any thickness. The all-aluminium Alukap-SS system provides robust, long lasting aesthetically pleasing finish to any residential, public, or commercial canopy or roofing structure. Estimated load span advice is available upon request, although users are advised to obtain their own independent advice to verify the span calculations are correct for their site-specific application.

Unlike other Self Supporting Glazing Bars, Alukap-SS Glazing Bars can be installed with any thickness of glass or glazing, including our Axgard Solid Glazing Sheets and Axiome Polycarbonate Sheets, making them perfect for a wide range of commercial and home projects.

With a low profile glazing bar option that is great for spans up to approximately 3 metres* and and a high span glazing bar option that can span up to a market leading 6 metres* the Alukap-SS Glazing Bars are in a class of their own!

Great service and a good product. Had a couple of rtns which were collected free of charge, would defo recommend.

DIY installation of a lower ceiling in large conservatory.

I searched various sites on ways to achieve what I wanted finally settled on using high span glazing bars due ease of use, lightweight, and greater span capacity I chose Clear Amber as the best and cheapest supplier of these bars delivery was quick with the products arriving within the specified time. The SS glazing bars do the job brilliantly. I Would certainly recommend the company and thank them for their assistance.

The product is well made and comes with everything possible to make installation as easy as possible. It was the first time I've ever built a lean to and it really came out looking great.
